Our involvement may take the form of selected building works, feature creation, refurbishments or simply staging.
When undertaking our appraisals, we consider the disruption associated with improvement works together with the related costs and timescales involved. These factors are then evaluated against the corresponding expected market value increase to determine the optimum solution for each client. In our experience, every house is different.
In some cases, we may be able to fund these works and retrieve our costs upon sale. This option is evaluated on a case by case basis.
