We can purchase land directly, if we think there is the opportunity for potential development in either the short, medium or long term. Our long range forecasting allows us to take a strategic approach.
Alternatively, we enter into Option Agreements with landowners whereby we undertake the development risk and associated costs, then sharing the uplift in value.
Through our network of specialists, we can consider the viability plots without the benefit of local utilities.
We can participate in suitable Joint Venture projects, where the landowner funds (either fully or partially) the development costs and we provide our knowledge and expertise to realise development.
Depending on the dynamics of the site, we can either self develop projects or engage a suitable builder to develop consented land.
